4. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or use Sabu under appropriate parental or guardian involvement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Sabu complies with applicable law.
5. Registration and Account Security
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
6. Orders, Payments, and Buyer Responsibility
Orders are subject to seller confirmation, product availability, location coverage, payment confirmation, and fraud checks.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing order details, delivery or pickup information, seller terms, pricing, and item suitability before confirming an order.
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. Sabu may rely on payment gateway status to confirm, cancel, refund, or review transactions.
7. Delivery, Pickup, and Fulfilment
Sabu may support standard delivery, express delivery, scheduled delivery, seller-managed delivery, and pickup. Timing estimates are indicative and may vary due to seller readiness, traffic, weather, address accuracy, or operational constraints.
Users must provide accurate contact and address information for delivery or pickup coordination.
8. Live Shopping and Communication
Sabu may provide live shopping, video calls, messaging, product demonstrations, photo-based ordering, and seller-customer communication tools.
Users must communicate respectfully and must not use these tools for fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or content that violates applicable law or platform policy.
9. Restricted and Regulated Products
Certain products or services may be subject to age, licensing, location, safety, or legal restrictions. Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable laws.
Sabu may restrict, remove, reject, suspend, or cancel listings, accounts, or orders that violate policy or law.
10. User Content
Users may upload images, shopping lists, reviews, messages, seller information, and related content. You confirm that you have the right to provide such content and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate law.
You grant Sabu a limited right to use submitted content as necessary to operate, display, support, improve, and protect the platform.
11. Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds and cancellations may vary by seller, category, payment method, item status, and fulfilment stage. Refunds, when applicable, may be processed through the original payment method or another permitted method.
12. Intellectual Property
All Sabu branding, software, designs, content, trademarks, and related materials remain the property of SIMINO LABTEST PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, misuse, or commercially exploit platform assets without permission.
13. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not commit fraud, create fake accounts, abuse promotions, upload malware, scrape the platform, impersonate others, misrepresent products, harass users, or misuse Sabu services.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabu and SIMINO LABTEST PRIVATE LIMITED are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use, seller conduct, delivery delays, product availability, or user misuse.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SIMINO LABTEST PRIVATE LIMITED against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of third-party rights.
